Diesel clause

The fluctuation of the fuel price is difficult to predict. That is why Van ‘t Kruis Bulk Logistics uses a so-called diesel clause with all its customers to mitigate the risks of a strong fluctuation. Our basic transport prices are based on a lower fuel price. In view of the current diesel prices, we are forced to apply this clause. This is therefore not a disguised price increase, but only a partial covering of the price risk.
